Why art for your holiday party

The standard office holiday party has a problem: it's the same thing every year. Drinks, dinner, awkward small talk, someone overserves themselves, half the team leaves at 8.

An art-based holiday party is different:

  • 🎨 Activity-driven — your team has something to do besides stand and chat
  • 📸 Photo-worthy — content for company social, internal newsletters, year-end recap videos
  • 🤝 Cross-team mixing — interns and VPs end up at the same table
  • 🎁 Take-home keepsake — everyone leaves with something they made
  • ☃️ Festive without being cheesy — holiday vibes without forced “team-building” energy
  • 🍷 Drinks-friendly — your team brings their own; we focus on the activity

Frequently asked questions

Is this Christmas-specific?
No — we adapt to your company's holiday context. Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa, or just "winter holiday" — the formats work across all of them. Mention any specifics during your inquiry and we'll adjust the setup, themes, and activity accordingly.
Can we do this at a restaurant or event space?
Yes — many of our holiday events happen at private dining rooms, event spaces, or venue buyouts. We coordinate directly with the venue's planning team.
Can we do this for our remote / hybrid team?
For in-person events when remote employees are flying in, yes — that's our core format. For fully virtual events, no — art-based events really only work in person.
Do you do really small holiday events (4–6 people)?
The 8-person minimum is firm for most formats. For executive teams of 4–6, we can sometimes accommodate with a flat fee — contact us.
What about Hanukkah / non-Christmas events?
Many of our December clients celebrate Hanukkah, Diwali, or non-religious year-end events. We design the setup and activity to fit your context. Subtle, not over-the-top.
Can we serve alcohol at the event?
Yes — your company handles alcohol service. We don't (we're not licensed). Most companies arrange their own beverages, which works perfectly with our format.
Do you do drop-in or last-minute December bookings?
Sometimes, but not usually. December is our most-booked month. Last-minute might mean accepting a Tuesday afternoon slot rather than your preferred Saturday evening.
Can we book multiple events for different departments?
Yes — many larger companies book 2–3 events across December for different teams. Multi-event discount available.
Can the event be in Spanish or bilingual?
Yes — Elena is bilingual. Useful for LA companies with Spanish-speaking team members.
What's your refund policy if something gets canceled?
Same as standard office events — 50% deposit non-refundable inside 14 days, but we work with you on rescheduling.
