Who we are

Information you give us

When you submit the contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number (if you share it), event details, and any message you write. We store this information so we can respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about your event.

We don't sell or rent this information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers we use to run the business (listed below).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit elenamarmol.com we automatically receive technical information from your browser: your IP address, the page you're viewing, the page that referred you, your device and browser type, and the time of your visit. This information is used to understand how the site is performing and to improve it.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of third-party services to run and improve the site. Each one sets cookies or stores data in your browser:

• Hotjar — records anonymized session replays and aggregates how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolls). Hotjar masks text input by default. We use it to find usability problems. See Hotjar's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (when enabled) — measures aggregate traffic, page views, and conversions. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded directly so the site looks consistent. We don't use Google Fonts for tracking.

Most browsers let you block or clear cookies through their settings. Browser-level “Do Not Track” signals are respected where the underlying provider supports them.

Service providers

Inquiry messages and follow-up email are processed by Resend (transactional email) and stored in a Postgres database hosted in the United States. We use these services only to operate the business and respond to inquiries.

How long we keep your information

Inquiry data is retained while there's an active conversation, and afterwards for as long as is reasonable for our records — typically a few years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing elenamarmolbaena@gmail.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA / CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, email elenamarmolbaena@gmail.com. We don't charge for these requests and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The site is intended for adults booking services. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact elenamarmolbaena@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more prominently.
