Private Art Programs · Los Angeles

Real art programs.
In your home. Across weeks, not just one day.

Structured 5-week, 8-week, and semester-length art programs for kids and teens — taught at your home by Elena Marmol, a fine artist with a Master's in Art Education from the University of Seville. Real curriculum, measurable progress, and a body of work your kid actually grows into.

Why a program, not just a class

A single lesson is fun. A program is transformative.

A 5-week program means your kid stops being someone who took an art class and starts being someone who's developing as an artist. They build a body of work. They see their own progress. They start to recognize themselves in their drawings.

That's the difference between art as entertainment and art as education — and it's what Elena's Master's in Art Education was designed for.

Programs at a glance.

A scannable comparison. Per-session rates shown reflect the 1-on-1 tier; sibling and small-group rates lower this further on each program.

Why parents choose programs

  • Real progression — your kid sees themselves getting better
  • Structured curriculum — designed by a credentialed art educator, not improvised
  • At-home convenience — no driving across LA every week
  • 1-on-1 or small group — your kid gets real attention
  • Portfolio building — finished work for school portfolios, applications, or just the wall
  • Bilingual instruction — English or Spanish, your choice
  • Recurring billing or pay-up-front — flexible payment options

Who programs are for.

Parents come to programs from different starting points:

The party kid who loved it

Your kid had a Pet Pals or Mini Masterpieces party and asked when they get to paint again. Programs are how you say yes.

The art-curious kid

Your kid draws constantly at home, asks for art supplies as gifts, and you've been wondering how to feed that.

The committed family

You want art to be part of your kid's regular life, not just a one-time thing.

The teen with a goal

Arts magnet school. Summer intensive. College portfolio. Real teaching matters now.

The homeschool family

Art as a regular subject in your homeschool curriculum, taught by someone trained.

Frequently asked questions

Is this just private art lessons?
Programs are structured curricula across multiple weeks. Single private art lessons are also available, but most parents who want their kid to actually develop choose programs because the per-session value is better and the structure creates real progress.
What if my kid drops out partway through?
Sessions are pre-paid for the program length. We don't refund missed sessions, but we do offer one make-up session per program. If a kid genuinely doesn't enjoy the program after 2–3 sessions, we'll have a conversation about what's not working.
Can siblings share a program?
Yes — Sibling & Friend Group programs are designed for 2–5 students from the same household or close-knit group. Pricing is per-group, not per-kid.
Do you do programs in Spanish?
Yes — all programs available in English or Spanish at no extra cost.
What ages?
Programs run from age 5 to 18. Mommy & Me sessions handle younger kids; Pet Pals and other birthday party themes can serve as introductions before formal programs.
Are programs available year-round?
Yes — 5-Week and 8-Week programs run continuously. Semester Studio runs in fall (September–November) and spring (February–April) cohorts. Teen Portfolio Intensive is available year-round but typically aligns with college application deadlines.
Can we start any time?
5-Week and 8-Week programs start whenever you book — no fixed cohort dates. Semester Studio runs on cohort dates. Teen Portfolio is custom-scheduled.
