What's included

Guided painting session

A 2-hour step-by-step painting led by Elena. Everyone goes home with a finished canvas they're proud of. Skill level: total beginner to comfortable amateur.

All art supplies

Canvases (16x20), acrylic paints, brushes, easels, palettes, and aprons.

You provide the drinks

Wine, cocktails, sparkling water — whatever your group wants. We don't serve alcohol (this keeps us out of liquor licensing) but we'll happily paint while you pour.

Hosted at your location

Your home, backyard, Airbnb, rooftop, office. Anywhere with a table and good lighting works.

Setup and cleanup

We arrive 30 minutes early to set up. We leave your space the way we found it.

Real teaching skill

Elena's not a part-time studio host — she's a credentialed art educator. You can tell in 5 minutes.

Pricing

Per-person pricing, minimum 6 guests. Free travel within 15 miles of West Los Angeles. Beyond 15 miles: $2/mile.

Frequently asked questions

Who's the instructor?
Elena Marmol leads every paint & sip personally. She holds a Bachelor's in Fine Arts and a Master's in Art Education, both from the University of Seville. You're getting real teaching skills, not someone who learned to host last month.
Do you serve alcohol?
No — guests provide their own drinks. This keeps us out of liquor licensing and means you can serve exactly what your group wants.
How much space do we need?
A dining table for 6–10 works well. For larger groups, we'll need either a longer table or two tables. Outdoor patios are great in good weather.
Can total beginners do this?
Yes — this is designed for beginners. Step-by-step instruction, painting choices designed to be approachable. If you can hold a brush, you can do this.
Can we choose what we paint?
Yes — we have a gallery of options. Or commission a custom design for your event ($50 extra, included in the Custom tier).
What's the minimum group size?
6 guests. For smaller groups, contact us — we may be able to accommodate at a higher per-person rate.
Do you do bachelorette parties?
Often. We can design custom themes — bridal portraits, “Mr. & Mrs.” paintings, your wedding venue, etc.
Can this be a date night for two?
The 6-person minimum is firm for in-home events. For couples, check our private art lessons — we can do 1-on-1 or 2-person sessions.
What if it rains?
If you planned outdoors, we move indoors. No issue.
Can you travel outside LA?
Free within 15 miles of West LA. Beyond that, $2/mile.
Is this kid-friendly?
This format is designed for adults. For kids, see our kids art birthday parties or mommy & me classes.
